MeshAI offers a free tier plus four paid plans based on the number of agents and features you need.

## Free - \$0

For trying MeshAI with a single agent. **1 agent**, basic registry and monitoring, and OTLP ingest at a rate-limited ceiling. No compliance exports and no proxy enforcement (budgets, blocking, policies are not enforced at this tier).

## Starter - \$299/mo

Best for teams getting started with AI agent monitoring. Up to **25 agents** with core registry, cost attribution, basic monitoring, and proxy enforcement.

## Professional - \$799/mo

Best for growing teams that need anomaly detection and governance. Up to **100 agents** with ML-powered anomaly detection, governance policies, HITL approvals, risk classification, and compliance exports.

## Enterprise - \$1,999/mo

Best for organizations with compliance requirements at scale. **Unlimited agents**, unlimited audit trail retention, SSO, and everything in Professional.

## Enterprise Plus - Custom Pricing

Best for large enterprises with advanced requirements. **Unlimited agents**, dedicated support, and an on-premise deployment option.

## Billing Details

* All paid plans are billed **monthly**
* Annual billing available with **2 months free** (contact sales)
* Prices in USD
* No long-term contracts - cancel anytime
* Usage is measured by the number of **active agents** (agents that sent at least one heartbeat or telemetry event in the billing period)

## Switching Plans

Upgrade or downgrade at any time from **Settings → Billing** in the dashboard, or via `POST /billing/checkout` with `plan` set to `starter`, `professional`, or `enterprise` (Enterprise Plus is arranged directly with sales). Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. When upgrading, the prorated difference is charged immediately.
